4/2/20 - CONTINUED CUSTOMER SUPPORT IN THESE UNPRECEDENTED TIMES

How we continue to support you in these unprecedented times

We recently sent email communication about Covid-19 precautions and a lot has progressed within a matter of days. Last Friday, our Illinois Gov. J.B. Pritzker issued a shelter-in-place action that took effect last Saturday, March 21, 2020. And in response, most of our staff is working remotely and we are operating with reduced staff and limited hours until the Executive Order is lifted.

What happens now?

We are still here for you—a core group has been selected to assist you during this time. With the necessary precaution and reduced staffing in place, we are operating to ensure a minimum technical and commercial support service to all our customers who have decided to stay open. Here is an overview of the support that you can expect during this period:

  • Product support hotline to troubleshoot Briot or Weco finishing and Visionix screening products
  • Remote log-in capacity to help diagnose and troubleshoot Visionix software issues
  • Remote demonstrations of our Visionix screening products
  • Price quotes on new purchases
  • Trade-in values on older equipment (AIT, Briot, Weco and other brands), if only for budget purposes

We do not know how long this will last, but we will keep you informed about what we are doing as a company. In the meantime, you can contact us at 1 (800) 729-1959 or via this link. A member of our staff will respond soon as possible.

3/21/20 – OPERATIONAL CHANGES IN RESPONSE TO COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS

Luneau Technology is a global organization headquartered in France and we have colleagues around the world. With the coronavirus (COVID-19) now declared a global pandemic, we cannot help but think of all those we know and care about, including our colleagues, friends; and our customers whom we have had the privilege to serve. So, we want to take a moment to give you an update on operations at Luneau Technology USA. 

  1. Prioritizing health and safety  
    First and foremost, we care about everyone’s safety. Our leadership team is closely monitoring the situation to apply utmost health precautions for our colleagues and customers. Today, we are implementing more virtual means to be available and accessible to you during this time.
     
  2. Continued operation 
    Our customer service and technical support teams are working to provide everyone the support they need to maintain uptime. We are focused on enabling as many of our team members to work remotely while ensuring that there is little to no disruption to how we support you and your staff through telephonic and web support. 
     
  3. Supporting you (at your own pace)  
    We are still here to consult with you as you continue to grow your practice and serve more patients. If you are considering ways to improve your workflow, we can now offer you a virtual demo and phone consultation, as well as deferred financing options for three months to ease the financial burden of a new capital investment.

We understand if you are not ready to meet in person due to Coronavirus precautions. Eventually, when travel resumes, We are happy to stop by for an in-person consultation. Whenever you are ready to discuss eye care solutions, please know that and we are ready to serve you.
